I grew both of my startups into successful companies by not accepting excuses.
Both of my companies were not supposed to succeed. I was advised to “pull the plug” by others who had more experience than I did.
But instead of giving up, I doubled down and developed new plans. I got customers to agree to pay more, and push payment forward to improve cash flow. I got breathing room to develop additional revenue sources. I restructured the way with did business.
When obstacles show up, there are almost always solutions available. The key is being the person who finds those solutions. I am that person.
